Every month we host two events: an all genre, all styles Open Mic on the third Thursday of the month, and a mental health and well-being workshop held on the fourth Monday of the month. Come get involved in the community by listening, sharing your words or voice, or engaging in a wellness practice. RSVPs are never required but always welcome!

Attend our upcoming Facilitator Workshop!

Our next Facilitator Workshop will be held during the first two weekends of December. This is an immersive group experience designed for educators, artists, community leaders, and any individual who wants to develop skills for practicing equity and liberation in their workplace, classroom, or community. CSC offers a variety of models for supporting professional development that centers the journey toward restorative and transformative justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our professional development offerings are individually tailored to each organization based on culture, size, industry, and goals.

Volunteer with us!

We have many great opportunities to volunteer–from hosting our community events to preparing art supplies for youth programs, distributing flyers, and more. If you are a poet, spoken word aficionado, or wellness facilitator, we want to hear from you! We’re always looking for folks to be our features at our monthly events. Our features are paid a $100 stipend per event.
