The CSC 3 model integrates the arts and restorative practices, and aligns with nationally recognized standards. Participants engage with key terms and concepts related to identity, culture, power, oppression, and informed action.

Specific area of focus include: race, ethnicity, and structural racism, intersectionality, cultural responsiveness, interrupting implicit bias, and institutional equity.
